Have always wanted to help the poor or less fortunate, late last year i started a close group in FB call paying it forward, gathering friends together to help out.
Our mission is to rally like-minded friends and relatives who like to contribute to Singapore’s society through helping and sweetening the lives of people around us.
Our vision is to give more to the children in Singapore and maybe expanding to help the old folks :)
We started helping out in Kidz Ark Student Care Centre. The centre is located in Yishun and i understand from the personel from the centre that majority (approx 50%) of the students are on subsidies program.
We asked for contribution in kind (for now) to the centre via:-

1. Birthday Cake - for their monthly birthday celebrations
2. Brand new or Used items (still in Good condition) for aged 7 to 12 years old kids.
I like to express my thanks to my friends who contributed to the group, from used toys to birthday cakes. Thank you!
