The year of the dragon have been a busy one for me.

I was trying to cope with last min orders for pineapple tarts from friends who tried it and love them to bits.

Tedious & tiring i must say, as i have to prep & bake the tarts alone, yet i find it rewarding to recieved numerous positives comments from friends and relatives who tried it.

Thanks friends for your encouraging words & suggestion for improvements.

In 2013, I will definitely be better prepared for the sale of CNY pineapple tarts.
